Reimbursement is a CUSTOMER’s request to receive the amount he/she has paid for an item or service.
WELLNESS AND YOGA BY PATTY STRULOVIC will refund the amount paid to those CUSTOMERs who have requested it, in the following circumstances:

When the request for reimbursement is received, the process of review of the same will proceed, the receipt of the request does not imply authorization of the reimbursement by WELLNESS AND YOGA BY PATTY STRULOVIC
Reimbursement requests will be analyzed and the CUSTOMER will be notified of the result of the analysis, of the approval or rejection of the reimbursement request and the reason for it.
The shipping costs for the return of the product will be borne by the CUSTOMER, if you wish we can send a guide to schedule the collection of the product and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

In the case of payment with Premia Points, physical exchange will be made for products of the same price as initially acquired.
The following exceptions apply to refunds.
If the request for reimbursement has been reported within the first 48 hours of receipt of the same, the CUSTOMER and WELLNESS AND YOGA BY PATTY STRULOVIC agree to wait for the review of the item and repair it, only in case it is not possible to repair it you can change the product for a new one.
