RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

These Policies are valid for WWW.PATTYSTRULOVIC.COM website (WELLNESS & YOGA BY PATTY STRULOVIC)

1.  DESCRIPTION

Reimbursement is a CUSTOMER’s request to receive the amount he/she has paid for an item or service.

2.  REASONS FOR REIMBURSEMENT

WELLNESS AND YOGA BY PATTY STRULOVIC will refund the amount paid to those CUSTOMERs who have requested it, in the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect amount has been charged to the CUSTOMER, the refund applies for the difference.
  • The CUSTOMER has requested the cancellation of the purchase of the product and / or service within the term established for it in the portal.
  • Due to the different scenarios that can be presented in online purchases, all those cases not included in these policies will be reviewed and processed by WELLNESS AND YOGA BY PATTY STRULOVIC

3.  REQUIREMENTS

To request a refund, WELLNESS AND YOGA BY PATTY STRULOVIC will ask you for the following information, which you can send by email to the address: pattystrulovic@gmail.com

  • Order number with which you bought your service / (It is in the option MY

ACCOUNT).

  • Description of the item and / or
  • Reason why the refund is requested.
  • Payment method with which the purchase was

When the request for reimbursement is received, the process of review of the same will proceed, the receipt of the request does not imply authorization of the reimbursement by WELLNESS AND YOGA BY PATTY STRULOVIC

Reimbursement requests will be analyzed and the CUSTOMER will be notified of the result of the analysis, of the approval or rejection of the reimbursement request and the reason for it.

The shipping costs for the return of the product will be borne by the CUSTOMER, if you wish  we can send a guide to schedule the collection of the product and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

4.  TIMES

The estimated times for processing a Refund once authorized are:

  • Payment with TDC time: 10 to 15 business
  • Payment with BancaNet Direct: 5 business
  • Paypal, Dineromail (OXXO and 7-11): 5 business
  • HSBC Bank Deposit: 5 business

In the case of payment with Premia Points, physical exchange will be made for products of the same price as initially acquired.

5.  EXCEPTIONS

The following exceptions apply to refunds.

If the request for reimbursement has been reported within the first 48 hours of receipt of the same, the CUSTOMER and WELLNESS AND YOGA BY PATTY STRULOVIC agree to wait for the review of the item and repair it, only in case it is not possible to repair it you can change the product for a new one.
