Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 cup black olives

Instructions
 

  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl and add your favorite dressing.
    If you'd like you can also add a protein of your choice: chicken, fish, tofu, etc.
